Sushma Gaikwad

Co-Founder, WMN COMM

“Capability is rarely the constraint.
Access is what shapes outcomes.”

Over the years, Sushma Gaikwad has seen this pattern play out across industries, women professionals with the talent, ambition, and discipline to lead, yet without the consistent access, visibility, and structured support required to move forward.

With over three decades of experience across media, experiential marketing, and leadership development, her work has always centered around enabling people to step into their potential with clarity and confidence. This gap between capability and opportunity is what led to the creation of WMN COMM.

As Co-Founder, she is building a platform designed to address this imbalance in a meaningful, structured, scalable way. Not as a one-time intervention, but as a sustained ecosystem where women can access relevant insights, build strong professional networks, and develop the capabilities required for leadership roles.

Her journey spans co-founding Ice Global, leading large-scale experiential platforms, and working closely with professionals as a Leadership & Transformation Coach. As an NLP Master Practitioner and Dale Carnegie certified trainer, she brings a practical, deeply engaging approach to leadership development, shaped by real-world challenges.

These experiences have offered a clear view of how careers evolve and where they often stall.

Alongside her industry work, Sushma actively contributes to shaping the broader ecosystem. She serves as a Governing Council Member with the Media & Entertainment Skills Council under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, and is part of both the FICCI SkillED Committee and the FICCI Media & Entertainment Committee, contributing to national skilling initiatives while also driving key efforts to strengthen the M&E ecosystem. She is also a member of the Governing Body of the Maharashtra Convention Bureau, working with the Directorate of Tourism to position the state in the global events landscape, and is part of the Live Event Development Cell (LEDC), focusing on strengthening the live event talent ecosystem.

Beyond business, her work reflects a sustained commitment to inclusion and equity. As Chair of WE CARE under the Event and Entertainment Association of India, she contributes to building safer and more inclusive industry environments.

Her involvement in academic councils and national skill development initiatives further reinforces a core belief: leadership is not just about ambition, it is about preparedness, access, and the right environment to grow.

Through WMN COMM, the focus is on building that environment, one where women are not navigating growth in isolation, but within a system designed to support and accelerate them.

For Sushma, the belief is simple:
When access becomes intentional, leadership stops being an exception and starts becoming a pattern.

Pramod Gaikwad

Co-Founder, WMN COMM

“Opportunities don’t distribute evenly.
They move through systems.”

Over nearly three decades, Pramod Gaikwad has worked at the intersection of communication, experience design, and platform building: creating environments where brands, people, and ideas come together. What this has made clear to him is that growth is rarely accidental. It is shaped by access, visibility, and the strength of the systems people operate within.

WMN COMM is built on that understanding.

As Co-Founder, Pramod focuses on designing the platform as a structured ecosystem, one that goes beyond networking to create real pathways for opportunity, collaboration, and professional advancement for women.

His experience in building large-scale experiential platforms across industries and geographies translates into a clear approach: platforms must not just connect people, they must enable outcomes. Every interaction should move individuals closer to access, clarity, or opportunity.

At WMN COMM, this thinking shows up in how the ecosystem is designed, bringing together information, networks, and learning in a way that is relevant, accessible, and actionable.

Beyond his professional work, Pramod has been actively involved in mentorship and talent development, with a strong focus on enabling inclusive growth. His perspective on leadership is grounded in the idea that systems must evolve to allow more people to participate meaningfully, not just a select few.

Through WMN COMM, he is focused on building pathways that convert fragmented access into structured opportunity, and participation into leadership.

For Pramod, the idea is clear:
If you want different outcomes, you don’t just equip individuals, you redesign the system they operate.
