Binding Agreement These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wmncomm.com (the “Site”) and any course, program, or service offered by WMN COMM, an initiative of ICE GLOBAL, a partnership firm registered in India (GSTIN: 27AABFI0594A1ZS), registered office at 9, 904, Remi Commercio, Andheri West, Mumbai City, Maharashtra – 400053 (“we,” “us,” “our,” “WMN COMM”). By accessing or using the Site, or enrolling in any of our offerings, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, effective from your first use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
1. About Our Services WMN COMM offers educational courses and programs for women’s leadership and professional development, delivered online. Current offerings are listed on our Product/Services page.
2. Eligibility & Minors Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. If you are a minor, please do not submit personal information on this Site or engage with our services without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Enrollment & Payment Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment via the method specified at checkout (UPI / bank transfer / QR code). Access to course content is provided per the timeline communicated at the time of purchase.
4. Use of Content All course materials, videos, documents, and resources are proprietary and licensed for the personal, non-commercial use of the enrolled participant only. Reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public sharing of any content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and actionable under applicable Indian copyright law.
5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site and within our courses — text, graphics, logos, videos, and course material — is the property of ICE GLOBAL / WMN COMM and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
6. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Site or any related communication channel (email, forms, WhatsApp) to: upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content; impersonate any person or entity; harvest or misuse other users’ information; transmit unsolicited advertising, spam, or chain messages; or otherwise disrupt the Site or its services.
7. Consent for Communication: By submitting your contact details on any enquiry form, chat, or subscription box on this Site, you expressly authorise WMN COMM / ICE GLOBAL and its representatives to contact you via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Phone Call regarding your enquiry, enrollment, updates, and service-related or promotional communication — even if your phone number is registered under the Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Do Not Call (NDNC) registry. Our enquiry forms carry the following declaration, which you acknowledge on submission: “I authorise WMN COMM / ICE GLOBAL and its representatives to contact me with updates and notifications via Email/SMS/WhatsApp/Call, overriding DND/NDNC.” You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at wmnncomm@gmail.com.

9. Charges WMN COMM reserves the right to introduce, revise, or restructure fees for any course or service, with reasonable prior notice on the Site.

13. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Arbitration These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Any dispute shall first be referred to and resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue of arbitration at Mumbai.
14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.
